There are currently lots of scandals happening in the organic food sector. The focus of attention lies with the large organic farms and the question of whether organic products are actually healthier or better for the environment. But nobody mentions the working conditions within the organic sector. Is there generally an expectation that they are better than in traditional agriculture? Is that actually possible?

This film is a short documentary about the case of Conchita L., an apprentice at an organic farm who earns 1,30 euros an hour. When her boss, a local Green politician, offered to pay her in vegetables, she went to get advice from the FAU anarch0-syndicalist union, who supported her in her subsequent struggle.
